THE CLICK OF DOOM (Part 2/2)

So there I was, emotionally broken and left with a digital disaster.

Turns out that while support staff are extremely knowledgeable, they're not really a shoulder to cry on.

After a while (certainly no more than an hour, hour and a half tops) the person who'd been trying to sort me out (I felt we’d become close), said she'd done all she could, and I really had to stop sobbing now, because she had other people to deal with.

I so hope that as you read this, you’re uttering small tuts of sympathy rather than simply rolling your eyes. Of course, it could have been worse. I do still have all the email addresses, just no idea where, when, why, how or for what they signed up with me.

I’m naturally concerned that if they’re there because they love the Vintage Ladies, they might panic at the Psychic Suspense novels. On the other hand, if they lean towards shock and awe, they’re not going to be excited about an Organise Your Life Planners Notebook. And if they’re with me because they’re following the advice in my Business Books, you couldn’t blame them for losing a bit of faith in my reliability.

I hope my sad tale hasn’t depressed you, but I wanted to share the fact that we never know how close to the edge we are - until we fall!

To be on my brand new, risen-from-the-ashes newsletter list, get in touch, I’ll add you to the waiting list and back it up this time.
