When organisational skills were handed out, I might not have been in the room (possibly not even in the building!), but that’s fine; I’ve always leaned towards the creative. However, a couple of months back, rocking gently, suppressing a strong urge to suck my thumb and sob over which task should be tackled next, it dawned on me all might not be well within my world.

Yes, I was busy - sticking my nose into other people’s businesses, naming, taglining and creating copy for happy clients. I’d done an updated edition of one of my business books,  published some novels, developed a range of gift books, and was working with a couple of author clients on their books. But was my own business house in order?

It was not! I hadn’t so much taken my eye off the ball as grabbed so many that the juggling wasn’t making sense. Action was required. I’d love to know what you’re struggling with right now. Talk to me. I’ll tell you my solutions if you tell me yours!
